AdminRemix January 2024 Newletter

With the year 2024 kicking off, we hope everyone has transitioned smoothly into the new year. We here at AdminRemix have been working hard to continue to improve the capabilities of our system. Here is what we have been up to in January.

1. Private Comments for Help Desk:

We have included the ability to have comments that are made while working through your help desk tickets be viewable only to those who need to see the comment. This is done inside of the ticket comment section by selecting the private box in the lower right corner. 

2. User tagging in comments:

In addition to now being able to make comments private, you are also able to tag users in comments so they can be alerted to anything that needs to be made aware to them.

3. ClassLink partner to allow SSO and Active Directory input:

We have gone through the process to become a certified partner with ClassLink. In doing this, we now allow users of asset management to be able to use ClassLink’s SSO and use their Active Directory to import users into our asset management system.
